Arrived exactly as expected, and this is the only place around you can get a quality headband replacement that will hopefully last as long as the headphones!
NOTE: If purchasing from the US there will be import duties to pay after receiving which was not advertised. Only recommendation I can suggest is that these should be shipped DDP so import fees can just be built into the shipping cost from the beginning.

The U.S. import situation has honestly been a bit of a headache this year, with the rules and how charges are collected changing several times. At times there are no charges, while recently some duties have been collected only after delivery.
We currently offer a DDP option at checkout for U.S. customers, with the additional cost built into the shipping charge. This may change again depending on updates from FedEx and how the U.S. handles these charges, so we’ll continue adjusting our U.S. shipping options as things evolve.

The leather headband is top quality! It’s very comfy and makes my T1 look much more premium.
Important note for T1 owners: The T1 headband geometry is not standard — it requires a custom version that is 10mm shorter than the standard DT-series headband. Be sure to add a note at checkout stating that it’s for a T1 so Jin can prepare the correct size!
Installation tip: After cutting open the old fabric, I cleaned the glue off the two original plastic sheets on each side using isopropyl alcohol and reused them underneath the new leather cover. That way, the leather doesn't press directly against the metal band.
It turned out to be a perfect fit. Thanks again to Jin for the excellent craftsmanship and support!

After using my Drop x Beyerdynamic DT177X Go for a few years the headband was flat and peeling. Thankfully I found this replacement headband as it is also an upgrade from the original. It came in really nice packaging and the fit of the headband on the headphones is also really good. It is also really comfortable. I highly recommend this to anyone replacing their headbands for their Beyerdynamic heaphones.

This is a follow-up to my recent order at Turbulent Labs. As you can see, the headband was not actually for a Beyerdynamic headphone, as I installed it on a Monolith AMT whose padding had started to deteriorate. I was not sure about the compatibility but with some careful tweaking it turned out to be great! This leather headband is definitely some no-frills, seriously high-quality item that I will order again when my Beyerdynamic T1.3 will need it.
