Featuring Italian full-grain Nappa leather and high-density polymer foam padding, the headband is designed for long-lasting comfort and durability. The headband is secured firmly around the frame with four durable PRYM snap buttons.

Each headband is hand-cut from Italian full-grain Nappa leather and stitched with precision using German polyester filament threads on Japanese industrial sewing machines.

The tapered cushion design allows for a wider band with extra padding in the center. High-density polymer foam responds instantly to pressure, providing consistent support during long listening sessions without bottoming out. The PRYM brass snap buttons feature matte black caps, finished with a protective anti-acid lacquer for added durability.

Installation

Designed for a clean, secure fit. All listed models install without tools. DT1770 / DT1990 are the only exception, using a single Torx screwdriver, with full step-by-step guidance.

    Perfect replacement for my old headband

    After using my Drop x Beyerdynamic DT177X Go for a few years the headband was flat and peeling. Thankfully I found this replacement headband as it is also an upgrade from the original. It came in really nice packaging and the fit of the headband on the headphones is also really good. It is also really comfortable. I highly recommend this to anyone replacing their headbands for their Beyerdynamic heaphones.

    Hello

    This is a follow-up to my recent order at Turbulent Labs. As you can see, the headband was not actually for a Beyerdynamic headphone, as I installed it on a Monolith AMT whose padding had started to deteriorate. I was not sure about the compatibility but with some careful tweaking it turned out to be great! This leather headband is definitely some no-frills, seriously high-quality item that I will order again when my Beyerdynamic T1.3 will need it.

    Excellent quality. Fits the MMX300 2nd gen like a glove

    I'm very happy with this headband. Looks and feels amazing, I think it will last a long time especially when compared against the pleather originals. The shipping was very quick and they arrived after just five days. Be aware of customs if you order from Italy, because I had to pay 30 extra euros because of that, but this is not in any way the seller's fault.

    Pricey but worth it

    Compared to the official Beyerdynamic replacement headband this is expensive, but ultimately you get what you pay for. This is real leather so should last much longer than the fake stuff on the original. Easy to fit and looks great. Arrived quickly to.

    Excellent Product

    I've been wearing it for a week and it's a significant upgrade over the original headband which was flaking. The leather of this headband is very high quality and durable, hope it lasts longer than the original. A bit expensive, but it's well worth it.
