I created this Corner Radius Chart for my own use when making custom wrist rests with integrated mats, where matching the mat’s corners to your keyboard’s corner radius is preferred. (Sorry to my fellow USA users, it’s in millimeters, as that’s the unit I’m most used to when drawing out my patterns!)"
For a while, I relied on other charts available online to figure out corner radii, but I found it hard to get consistent sizing between all the charts. That’s when I decided to create my own chart with a scale checker to ensure everything prints correctly onto a standard A4 sheet of paper.
It became a handy reference for measuring the corner radii of other objects I liked. There’s something satisfying about having a visual representation of these curves, especially when you’re trying to replicate them in your own designs. I used the thinnest lines possible for accuracy and chose a light font weight to minimize the amount of ink used when printing.
So whether you’re here to get the dimensions for your custom wrist rest, designing a new project, or just curious about the curves of the objects around you, this chart is here to help. Download it, print it, and start measuring:)

How to Use the Corner Radius Chart
Follow these simple steps (to find the corner radius of your keyboard if you're here from the custom wrist rest page*):
-
Print the Chart
-
Download and print the Corner Radius Chart on A4 paper.
-
Ensure your printer settings are set to:
-
Scale: 100%
-
Actual Size
-
Do Not Scale
-
-
-
Double-Check the Scale
-
After printing, use a common ruler to verify that the scale is accurate.
-
The chart includes both centimeter (cm) and inch markings. As long as the ruler lines up with either measurement, you’re good to go.

-
Find Your Keyboard’s Corner Radius
-
Place your keyboard’s corner over the chart, aligning it with the various corner radiuses provided.
-
Identify the closest match to your keyboard’s corner radius.
